Simply Relax: An Autohypnotic Technique for the Reduction of Tension, Migraines, and Insomnia.

This audiotape was designed for people who want to learn a technique for relaxation that they can use anytime and anywhere: a technique, that once learned, frees them from needing to use a recorder. This is such a tape. Once learned, you do not need listen to the tape over and over again. I never had time to listen to long tapes of waves splashing on shorelines or birds singing in trees so I made this instruction short and the application of the technique simple. Simply Relax uses principles of autohypnosis and autonomic training. Both these elements are employed to help you lower your adrenalin output, relax muscle tension and soothe stressed emotions.

Simply Relax provides an experience your body enjoys so you will find that your body responds more positively every time you use it. Side A gives you three-minute introduction to the technique while Side B paces your progress through the technique while you do it.
